- 8/23/99 <br /> _ 0 R IGINAL <br /> <br /> (07/26/99) <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13723 <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving And Authorizing Execution Of <br /> Agreement With Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention is a private, non-profit organization <br /> that provides programs which serves the needs of youth and families in high-risk situations and provides <br /> readily accessible help to people in their time of greatest need, which services are in furtherance of the <br /> public health, welfare and benefit; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention, has requested financial assistance <br /> for use by it in conducting its activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1999 and ending June <br /> 30, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to enter into an <br /> agreement with Youth and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention to provide financial assistance in <br /> <br /> furtherance of its public purposes; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement (form dated 7/26/99), by and between the City of Redwood City and Youth <br /> and Family Assistance-Crisis Intervention a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> <br /> <br />
