0 R I G I N A L 8/23/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13699 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE 1999-2000 TREE PRESERVATION AND SIDEWALK <br /> REPAIR PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1999-2000 Tree Preservation and <br />Sidewalk Repair Program in the City of Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the 1999- <br />2000 Tree Preservation and Sidewalk Repair Program - City of Redwood City, <br />California," prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br />Engineering Division, for the Public Works Services Department, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
