7/26/99 <br /> O R I G I N_,. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13686 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE REPLACEMENT <br /> AND/OR REPAIR OF PUMPS FOR THE VARIOUS PUMP <br /> STATIONS IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.65 of the Redwood <br />City Code, the City Manager caused public notice inviting bids to be published for <br />the replacement and/or repair of pumps for the various pumps stations in the City <br />of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said publications one bid was received; and <br />WHEREAS, Pump Repair Service Company of Daly City, California, for <br />pump replacement and/or repair, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br />intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of Pump Repair Service <br />Company; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
