0 R I G I N A L 7/26/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13684 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1999/00 CONCRETE SIDEWALK <br /> REPAIR SERVICE AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for 1999/00 Concrete <br />Sidewalk Repair Service in the City of Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents and <br />Specifications for 1999/00 Concrete Sidewalk Repair Service - City of Redwood <br />City, California," prepared by the Public Works Services Department, a copy of <br />which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
