7/26/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13682 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> UTILITY SYSTEM MATERIALS; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.65 of the Redwood <br />City Code, the City Manager caused public notice inviting bids to be published for <br />the purchase of utility system materials for the Utility Operation and Maintenance <br />Division of the Public Works Services Department of the City of Redwood City; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication one bid was received; and <br />WHEREAS, Roberts & Brune Co. of Redwood City, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />accept the bid of Roberts & Brune Co.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
