0 R I G I N A L 7/26/99 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13680 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR DREDGING AND CLEANING OF BOX <br /> CULVERTS AND SUMPS AT CORDILLI:RAS CREEK AT <br /> INDUSTRIAL WAY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for dredging and <br /> cleaning of box culverts and sumps at Cordilleras Creek at Industrial Way in the <br /> City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents and <br />Specifications for Dredging and Cleaning of Box Culverts and Sumps at <br />Cordilleras Creek at Industrial Way - City of Redwood City, California," prepared <br />by the Public Works Services Department, a copy of which documents are on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
