The City Manger is hereby authorized to direct <br /> that water meters or classes of water meters may be read bi-monthly and <br /> that the billing period therefor shall be for a two-month period. In such <br /> event, the cubic foot delivery amounts specified in the foregoing rate table <br /> shall be doubled for the purpose of computing the applicable water <br /> quantity charges." <br /> <br /> 2. Resolution No. 12797 entitled, "Resolution Amending Section <br /> <br />3 of the Rules and Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department (Public <br />Works Services Department) Relating to Water Rates; and Rescinding <br />Resolution No. 12209", adopted June 10, 1996, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> 3.
