7/12/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13670 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF HOPE COURT <br /> SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br /> CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br /> SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements described <br />therein) entitled, "Hope Court Subdivision", prepared by MacLeod and Associates, Inc., Civil <br />Engineers and consultants for Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, Inc., the owner of record of said <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for <br />said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Hope <br /> Court Subdivision", (form dated 07/07/99R) wherein Owner, in consideration for the <br /> approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions <br /> of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br /> regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said <br /> Agreement. <br /> <br /> b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br /> furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a certificate of deposit securing the faithful <br /> <br />Reso-700 ] <br />FXS:djk <br />F:/Shared/RedwoodlCou ncil <br />07/01/99, 07/06/99R, 07/07/99R <br /> <br /> <br />
