2. Those certain plans entitled, "Improvement Plans - Hope Court Subdivision", and <br />those certain specifications entitled "Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation <br />Improvements", as well as the City's revised specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for <br />the City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file <br />in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br />specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Hope Court Subdivision", (form dated 07/07/99R), a <br />copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4.
