7/12/99 <br /> _ 0 RLG I~N~,L Z <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13669 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE HOOVER POOL AND BATH HOUSE RENOVATION <br /> PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Hoover Pool and Bath House <br />Renovation Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Hoover Pool & Bath House Renovation Project - Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering <br />and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
