7/12/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL_ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13668 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE VETERANS MEMORIAL SENIOR CENTER HVAC <br /> PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Veterans Memorial Senior Center <br />HVAC Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> t. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Veterans Memorial Senior Center HVAC Project - Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering <br />and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
