6/28/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13665 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> TO PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 13603 <br /> <br /> (4TM OF JULY CELEBRATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain letter permit issued to the Peninsula Celebration <br />Association for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the 4th of <br />July Celebration to be held on July 3~ and 4m, 1999, in the form of Exhibit "A" <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby <br />approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby <br />adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is <br />hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> 2.
