This permit is subject to the <br /> following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Parade, Festival, and Arts and Craft Fair: Said activities shall be sponsored <br /> by the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The parade herein permitted shall be conducted and the route <br /> reserved therefor, in the areas shown on the attached map, on letter dated <br /> February 2, 1999. The fair and festival herein permitted shall be conducted <br /> and the streets reserved therefore on Broadway between Main and Winslow <br /> Streets, and Hamilton and Middlefield Streets between Theater/Middlefield <br /> and Marshall Street.
