11. Restroom Facilities: Adequate temporary restroom facilities shall be <br /> provided by Permittee at no expense to the City. <br /> <br />12. Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in <br /> connection with the July 4th parade, festival, and arts and crafts fair shall not <br /> be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />13.
