11. City Services: The City agrees to provide the following: <br /> <br /> > Normal police patrol during the event. <br /> <br />12. Items Provided by Permittee: <br /> <br /> > Two security officers from Northwest Security. <br /> <br /> > Personnel to function as a cleanup crew at the close of the event. <br /> <br /> ;> Adequate temporary restroom facilities. <br /> <br />13.
