6/14/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13656 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AMENDED AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN <br /> MATEO, THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND REDWOOD CITY <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> (REDWOOD CITY HEALTHY START NETWORK - FY1998-1999) <br /> <br /> Whereas, the City Council of the City of Redwood City approved an <br /> agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the County of San Mateo, the City of <br /> Redwood City, and Redwood City School District (Redwood City Healthy Start <br /> Network)" (the "Agreement") on August 31, 1998, as evidenced by Resolution <br /> No. 13444; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, subsequent to the approval of the Agreement, the County of <br />San Mateo requested that certain amendments be made to the Agreement; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, this City Council has reviewed the agreement entitled <br />"Amended Agreement Between the County of San Mateo, the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and Redwood City School District (Redwood City Healthy Start Network)"; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Amended Agreement Bel~veen the <br />County of San Mateo, the City of Redwood City, and Redwood City School <br />District (Redwood City Healthy Start Network)," a copy of which Agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />Reso-686 <br />F IRWCICouncillReso <br />FXS/fs <br />06/08/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
