6/14/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13654 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE 1999-2000 COST SHARED SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1999-2000 Cost Shared Sidewalk <br />Repair project in the City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the 1999- <br />2000 Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project - City of Redwood City, California," <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, <br />for the Public Works Services Department, a copy of which documents are on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
