<br />(iii) Contractor will provide no religious instruction or counseling, conduct no religious <br /> <br />worship or services, engage in no religious proselytizing, and exert no other religious influence <br /> <br />related to the Project; <br /> <br />(iv) The portion of a facility related to the Project will contain no religious symbols or <br /> <br />decorations. <br /> <br />20. UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Contractor will comply with <br /> <br />the requirements and standards of the Community Development Block Grant Regulations, OMB <br /> <br />Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-11 0 attachments A, <br /> <br />B, C, F, H, Nand 0, and all other federal, state, and local laws, regulations and requirements, as <br /> <br />applicable. <br /> <br />21. COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LABOR LAWS AND FEDERAL <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit <br /> <br />"C," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and cause the terms and conditions <br /> <br />set forth in Exhibit C to be incorporated into Contractor's contract for the Project. Proof thereof <br /> <br />shall be submitted to City prior to the commencement of any improvement referenced in Exhibits <br /> <br />A and B. <br /> <br />22. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully informed of <br /> <br />federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any manner affect those <br /> <br />employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the Project by Contractor. <br /> <br />23. LEAD-BASED PAINT. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited.
