<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Human Investment Project <br />Homesharing Help and Information Program <br /> <br />FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 <br /> <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br />programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very low <br />and lower income residents of the City. Contractor shall coordinate its <br />activities with similar programs conducted by the City or with other <br />organizations which provide housing and supportive services to Redwood <br />City residents and which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives <br />to be met during 2006-2007. Contractor shall collaborate with similar <br />programs in order to maximize these programs and services, and the City's <br />financial resources which are available to lower and very low income <br />residents. <br /> <br />Funding provided under this contract covers billing periods from July 2006 to <br />April 2007. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted on a monthly <br />basis. The final billing for April 2007 must be submitted no later than May 20, <br />2007. Contractor agrees that any funds not drawn down by the deadline will <br />be reallocated to non-public service activities. <br />
