<br />20. ReliQious Activity Prohibited. There shall be no religious worship, <br /> <br />instruction, or proselytizing as part of, or in connection with, the performance of this <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />The following restrictions and limitations shall apply to the services rendered by <br /> <br />Contractor in connection with the terms of this Agreement: <br /> <br />(i) Contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for <br /> <br />employment on the basis of religion and will not limit employment or give <br /> <br />preference in employment to persons on the basis of religion; <br /> <br />(ii) Contractor will not discriminate against any person applying for such public <br /> <br />services on the basis of religion and will not limit such services or give <br /> <br />preference to persons on the basis of religion; <br /> <br />(iii) Contractor will provide no religious instruction or counseling nor conduct <br /> <br />no religious worship or services, engage in no religious proselytizing, and <br /> <br />exert no other religious influence in the provision of such public services; <br /> <br />(iv) The portion of the facility used to provide the public shall contain no <br /> <br />religious symbols or decorations. <br /> <br />21. Uniform Administration Requirements. Contractor shall comply with the <br /> <br />requirements and standards of the Community Development Block Grant Regulations, <br /> <br />OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-11 0 <br /> <br />attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and all other federal, state, and local laws, <br /> <br />regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2006.051 <br />081606 <br /> <br />10 <br />
