(c) The formation of the District, having been established prior to the <br />enactment of Proposition 218, is hereby ratified and shall continue as an existing <br />maintenance assessment district under the Ordinance. <br /> <br /> (d) A property owners election is hereby called upon the question of <br />approval of the levy of assessments for fiscal year July 1, 1999 - June 30, 2000, <br />and continuing thereafter, subject to annual adjustments in accordance with the <br />formula heretofore approved and without further property owners election; ballots <br />for which election shall be mailed or submitted to the City Clerk on or before the <br />time and date of the public hearing upon the proposed assessments hereinafter <br />set forth. <br /> <br /> (e) The Notice of Proposed Assessment and Property Owner Ballot to be <br />mailed to the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of <br />Exhibit "D", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice and Ballot are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> (f) The Notice of Election and Hearing to be published, posted and mailed <br />to the owners of proper~y proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of Exhibit <br />"E", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> (g) Public hearing upon the proposed assessments shall be held upon <br />the date and at the time and place hereinafter specified, upon the conclusion of <br />which hearing this Council shall consider all protests against the proposed <br />assessment and tabulate the ballots: <br /> <br />Reso-670 6 ].3646 <br />F:/sh/shRC/Council <br />05/17/99, 06/03/99 <br />FXS:rg <br />Re$o-213.Qo¢ <br /> <br /> <br />
