<br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> ROP <br /> Internship and Job Training Program <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 <br /> Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br /> programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very low <br /> and lower income residents of the City. Contractor shall coordinate its <br /> activities with similar programs conducted by the City or with other <br /> organizations which provide housing and supportive services to Redwood <br /> City residents and which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives <br /> to be met during 2006-2007. Contractor shall collaborate with similar <br /> programs in order to maximize these programs and services, and the City's <br /> financial resources which are available to lower and very low income <br /> residents. <br /> Funding provided under this contract covers billing periods from July 2006 to <br /> April 2007. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted on a monthly <br /> basis. The final billing for April 2007 must be submitted no later than May 20, <br /> 2007. Contractor agrees that any funds not drawn down by the deadline will <br /> be reallocated to non-public service activities. <br /> - <br />
