<br /> participate in such training and will also allow ROP use of certain of its facilities <br /> for said experiences; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July <br /> 1, 2006, and ending June 30, 2007; and <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to <br /> Contractor the sum of Ten Thousand, Two Hundred Thirteen and 50/100 Dollars <br /> ($10,213.50) from its Community Development Block Grant funds for the <br /> Program; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Ten Thousand, Two Hundred Thirteen and 50/100 Dollars ($10,213.50) for <br /> exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1,2006, and <br /> ending June 30,2007, solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant <br /> to paragraph 1 solely for the Program purposes described in Exhibits A <br /> (Contractor Objectives) and Exhibit B (Budget), attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in the Program described in <br /> this Agreement which are funded hereunder shall be made without the prior <br /> written consent of City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Contractor shall keep detailed and accurate records of <br /> all expenditures made and expenses incurred which are funded under this <br /> ATTY/AGR/2006.054 <br /> 081606 2 <br /> - <br />
