Tbe attached documents <br />include a firm overview, a proposed se.ope of services, resumes for BW A staff assigned to the <br />project, and a proposed not-to-exceed fee along with billing rate and insurance schedules. <br />BW A has extensive experience developing financial plans and utility rates for water and <br />wastewater agencies throughout California. Over the past few years we have a.ssisted Redwood <br /> I <br />City in developing and updating a financing plan for the water enterPrise, And in recent year.s, <br />we have completed simHarassignments fOf many other Bay Area agencies including the cities of <br />San Mateo, Foster City; Menlo Park. Milpitas, South San Francisco, Union Sanitary District, <br />lronhouse Sanitary District, East Palo Alto Sanitary District, West Valley Sanitation District, and <br />many others. <br />We will assign Alex Handlers, senior consultant and vice president as project manager on this <br />assignment. Tom Gaffney, a principal oftbe firm will also be assigned and will provide expert <br />peer revie\v. This is the same project team that assisted Redwood City with water and recycled <br />water finances over the past few years, <br />We have enjoyed working with Redwood City on our other assignments and look forward to. <br />working with you on this assignment.
