BW A has found that even a simple public
education strategy can greatly increase public acceptance for required rate increases.
Ratepayers are far more accepting of rate adjustments when they understand why rates are
rising or changing. BW A will remain available to assist the City in developing and
implementing a strategy to gain public acceptance for final recommendations.
Additional Services
BW A will remain available to attend additional meetings and provide additional financial
consulting services beyond the scope of the tasks listed here, as requested by the City.
6
- -- ._.~.-.-
