The Agency hereby approves RAR2 as the managing member of <br /> OBI and further approves the Ass+gnment and Assumption Agreement between the <br /> City, Agency, OBRC and OBi in subs#antially the form on fi!e with the Agency Secretary, <br /> which Assignment ar�d Assumpt+on Agreement is i�cocparated herein by reference.
