0 R I G I N A L 6/7/99 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13642 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR <br /> PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-00, SETTING <br /> TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING THEREON, AND <br /> ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION OF THE FINAL BUDGET <br /> FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> i. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, June 2i, i999, is hereby established as the date by which the <br />proposed budget for 1999-00 fiscal year shall be submitted to this Council by the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br /> 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5i.5 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, July 26, 1999, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the <br />matter may be heard, at City Hall, the City Council Chamber, 1017 Middlefield <br />Road, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the time and place for public <br />hearing on the budget for fiscal year 1999-00; said date is hereby established as <br />the date of introduction for the ordinance adopting said budget; and August 9, <br />1999, is hereby established as the date of final adoption of said ordinance. <br /> <br /> 3.
