WHEREAS, City, Architect, and Contractor desire to remedy the leakage <br /> through reconstruction of the roof drainage system of the Facility; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the agreement hereinafter referenced provides for said <br /> reconstruction; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Police Facility Roof Drainage <br /> Reconstruction," (form dated 03/01/99R), by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City, a municipal corporation of the State of Califomia, Contractor, and Architect, <br /> providing for the reconstruction of the roof drainage system of the Facility, acopy <br /> of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br /> and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-497 <br />F~Shared/Redwood/Council <br />DES:rg 13634 <br />09/09/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
