<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />RAPE TRAUMA SERVICES: A CENTER FOR HEALING & VIOLENce PREVENTION <br />RAPE AND SEXUAL ABUSE PREVENTION PROGRAM <br /> <br />FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 <br /> <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />Quantifiable Goals to be Provided With Performance Indicators <br />Requested Funds <br />Objective: Provide 42 Violence Prevention Documentation of Completion. <br />Education workshops (including Ending Cycles of <br />Violence and Rape and Sexual Abuse Prevention <br />workshops) in Redwood City. <br />Outcome: After completing a Violence Prevention As determined by a pre and post-test. <br />Education workshop, 90% of youth will show an <br />increased awareness of violence and its effect on <br />individuals and famUies. <br />Objective: Provide 35 Community Outreaches to Documentation of Completion. <br />250 individuals at social service organizations and <br />community groups located in Redwood City. <br />Outcome: After completing the Community As determined by case management <br />Outreach Campaign, 85% of organizations will <br />have gained an accurate understanding of sexual <br />assault and refer clients to RTS. <br />Objective: Provide 3 Self-Defense & Assertiveness Documentation of Completion. <br />Training workshops (including Girls' Assertiveness <br />Training and Women's Self-Defense Training) to 25 <br />individuals in Redwood City. <br />Outcome: After completing a Self-Defense & As determined by role-playing assessment. <br />Assertiveness Training workshop, 75% of <br />participants will be able to perform two or more <br />assertiveness skills as means of avoiding <br />victimization. <br /> <br /># of Unduplicated RWC Residents/Households to be Assisted (Only programs serving individuals <br />may report by individuals.
