6.1E Page 5 Year Orientation and mid- year supervisor evaluation meetings; x. Ensure that Supervisor participates in program evaluation processes, including but not limited to two written evaluations of the Ally, three quarterly meetings with Ally and designated Public Allies Program Manager to share feedback, update progress and set goals, and a year-end Partner Organization survey; xi. Conduct weekly check-in meetings between Supervisor and Ally, and encourage good communications to avoid disputes; xii. Use its best efforts to retain Ally for the Term and, in particular, for the first three months of the Term, even in the event of disputes, in which case Partner organization shall seek the assistance of Public Allies Silicon Valley as described in Section III(L); II. PAYMENT SCHEDULE i. Public Allies will bill the Partner Organization for one- third of the total contribution on the last day of the first, fourth, and seventh months of the program, which begins in September 2006 and goes until the end of June 2007. This payment will constitute the Partner Organization's portion of the Ally stipend. ii. All funds paid by Partner Organization under the terms of this Agreement shall be used solely for the purposes outlined in Section I (B) (i). III. ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS OF THE PARTIES A. Non-exclusive Agreement. Public Allies Silicon Valley and Partner Organization understand that this Agreement is non- exclusive, and that each of them may enter into a similar arrangement with other organizations. B. Entire amount payable under Agreement. Other than any amount payable by Public Allies Silicon Valley to Partner Organization pursuant to Section III(G) (if applicable), or payable by Partner Organization to Public Allies Silicon Valley under Section I(B) (i) and Section II, neither shall be entitled payment from the other under this Agreement. to 4 ,
