This MOU is an addendum to the <br />complete contract; a copy is attached to this document. <br /> <br />city of Redwood City/Fair Oaks Community Center agrees to: <br />. Pay their portion of the A1ly/AmeriCorps member's living stipend in three separate payments of <br />$5,259.00 payable to Public Allies Silicon Valley on September 30,2006 December 31, 2006 and March <br />31, 2007. The total amount for the ten months, Including FICA costs, is $15,777.00. <br />. Provide a person to serve as a direct supervisor to the Allies/ AmeriCorps members. <br />. Provide the supplies and resources necessary to carry out their duties; e.g. desk, phone and appropriate <br />training and office supplies. <br />. Complete evaluations - mid year and year end, as well as participate in Supervisor Focus Group. <br /> <br />Public Allies Silicon Valley agrees to: <br />. Pay the Allies/AmeriCorps members in twice monthly checks of $750.00 over the ten months. <br />. Record hours served. <br />. Provide health care and child care coverage. <br />. Provide an educational stipend of $4,725.00 to the each member upon satisfactory completion of the <br />program. <br />. Provide a program manager, who will provide support to both the partner organization and the <br />AllyjAmeriCorps member. <br /> <br />Both agendes will be responsible for: <br />.
