Council could approve the lowest multi-trade bidders from the above list, and <br />authorizes an additional $5.3 million for construction. This would require significantly <br />reprogramming funds from other projects. <br /> <br />2. Council could direct staff to redesign this facility, with the goal of reducing costs. <br />Staff does not recommend this action. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />Currently, the account has a balance of $13,600,000 available in the FY 2006-2007 <br />Capital Improvement Program Budget from the Capital Projects Fund and the GIO 1-64 <br />Facilities Fee Fund.
