5/10/99 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13618 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT B OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />13585 RELATING TO THE SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br />EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE <br />REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, <br />BY ADDING THE POSITIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCES <br />REPRESENTATIVE AND SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES <br />REPRESENTATIVE; PROVIDING FOR THE SALARY FOR SAID <br />POSITIONS; AND DELETING THE POSITIONS OF HUMAN <br />RESOURCES ANALYST AND TRAINING/EQUAL <br />EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COORDINATOR <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13585 entitled, "Resolution Establishing a Salary <br />and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications Represented by the Redwood City <br />Management Employees Association", adopted March 22, 1999, is hereby amended by <br />adding to the list of employment classifications set out therein the positions of Human <br />Resources Representative and Senior Human Resources Representative; and deleting the <br />positions of Human Resources Analyst and Training/Equal Employment Opportunity <br />Coordinator. <br />2. Exhibit B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 13585 is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto the salary schedule for the positions of Human Resources Representative and <br />Senior Human Resources Representative as set forth in Exhibit `B-1", attached hereto, <br />and by this reference incorporated herein; and by deleting the positions of Human <br />Resources Analyst and Training/Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator. <br />3.
