A task-by-task cost spreadsheet based on the Work Tasks contained <br />in your July 3 letter is attached. In addition to these basic tasks, we would incorporate three <br />staff and/or applicant progress meetings. The first would be to review issues, contacts, and <br />schedule; the second to review the basic precise plan policy elements; the third to review the <br />completed administrative draft, including development standards, design guidelines, and <br />mitigation measures/project conditions that arise from the CEQA review. <br /> <br />The total cost for the precise plan is estimated at $13,100, including administration, insurance, <br />and reimbursable project costs. The anticipated time line for the work would be: <br /> <br />August, 2006 <br />- Staff/Applicant Working Meeting #1 <br />- Background Docs Review <br />- Existing Policy Maps <br /> <br />November <br />- Public Draft Precise Plan Document <br />- Planning Commission Hearing <br /> <br />September <br />- Initial Draft Text and Diagrams <br />- Staff/Applicant Working Meeting #2 <br /> <br />December, 2006 <br />- City Council Hearing <br />- Final 885 Woodside Road Precise Plan <br />Document <br /> <br />October <br />- Complete Admin Draft Document <br />- Staff/Applicant Working Meeting #2 <br /> <br />Thank you for your interest in the services of Bottomley Design & Planning.
