5/3/99 <br /> -- ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13617 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> LANDSCAPE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOLS PLAYING <br /> FIELDS IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br /> (THE BEALS GROUP, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the improvements of <br />Redwood City school playing fields at various locations throughout the City of <br />Redwood City and in the unincorporated area of San Mateo County (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting landscape design and engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Beals Group, Inc. of San Jose, California, represents <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Landscape Design and Engineering Services - Redwood City Schools Playing <br />Fields Improvements Project" (form dated 04/26/99), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and The Beals <br /> <br />Reso-654 1 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/SharedJRedwood/Counci[ <br />04/26/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
