<br />09/25/2006 <br /> <br />disclosure categories which should be designated in the Appendix to the Code for each <br /> <br />of the Departments, Boards, Commissions, Committees, and consultants as specified <br /> <br />in the Exhibits. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Conflict of Interest Code Adopted. The terms of 2 Cal. Code of Regulations <br /> <br />~ 18730, as may be amended from time to time by the FPPC, are hereby incorporated <br /> <br />by reference and, along with the attached Exhibits, constitute the Code of the City, <br /> <br />which is considered the "agency" within the purview of the Code. <br />2. Statements of Economic Interest. By April 1st of each year, designated <br /> <br />employees, members of City Boards, Commissions and Committees, and consultants <br /> <br />will file with the City Clerk their statements of economic for the prior calendar year. The <br /> <br />City Clerk will be and will perform the duties of the City filing officer. Statements of <br /> <br />Economic Interest will be available for inspection and reproduction pursuant to <br /> <br />Government Code ~81008. <br /> <br />3. Savinqs Clause. Any change provided for in the Code will not affect or <br /> <br />excuse any offense or act committed or done or omission or any penalty or forfeiture <br /> <br />incurred or accruing under any other conflict of interest code, nor will it affect any <br /> <br />prosecution, suit, or proceeding pending, or any judgment rendered in connection with <br /> <br />any other conflict of interest code. <br /> <br />4. Repeal. City Council Resolution No. 14617 is hereby repealed in the <br /> <br />entirety. <br /> <br />5. Effective Date.
