The assignment and assumption of the Amended Development <br />Agreement between Flatirons Funding and the City of Redwood City as same <br />applies to the land transferred by Flatirons/Electronic Arts Redwood, Inc. to <br />Spieker Properties, UP., is approved subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Spieker Properties, LP., assumes any and all obligations and duties <br />as the same applies to and affects the Transferred Property, as such <br />assumptions and obligations are more fully set forth in the agreement entitled <br />"Assignment and Assumption of Development Agreement and Permits between <br />Flatirons Funding, Electronic Arts Redwood, Inc., and Spieker Properties, L.P., <br />reviewed by this Council. <br /> <br /> 2. All reimbursements specified in, and contemplated by, the Amended <br />Development Agreement shall, to the extent that such reimbursements are <br />required, be made to Flatirons. <br /> <br /> 3.
