Geotechnical Observation and Field Density Testing Services: <br />These services will be provided during construction ofthe 3 sports fields. (Griffin and <br />Bechet Field, McGarvey Field, and Mitchell Field) <br /> <br />A. Rough Grading <br />Field Technician, Estimate 20 part-time days @ $350.00 ............. 7,000.00 <br /> <br />C. Thereafter, charges will be based on actual <br />time spent on site. Site visits will be made at the request of your on-site representative. <br /> <br />2. N/C <br /> <br />TOTAL: ........... $ 18,210.00 <br /> <br />We propose to perform the above services on a time-and-expense basis, and in accordance with the <br />attached "Schedule of Charges" and "Terms of Agreement." On this basis, we estimate the total fee <br />for the above-described scope of services will not exceed $ 18,210.00. The above-noted fee will <br />not be exceeded without prior authorization from the client regarding either unanticipated conditions <br />or weather delays, and/or site conditions requiring additional observation, or other requested services <br />beyond the scope of work described in this proposal. We will not have any control over the progress <br />of the work or the performance of the sub-contractors. Our billings, will therefore be based on the <br />actual hours worked.
