5/3/99 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13614 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br /> REDWOOD SHORES TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br /> (CCS PLANNING AND ENGINEERING, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the improvements of <br />roadways and traffic systems at various locations throughout the Redwood <br />Shores area in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CCS Planning and Engineering, Inc. of San Ramon, <br />California, represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to <br /> <br />perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Engineering Services - Redwood Shores Traffic Improvements Project" (form <br />dated 04/i6/99), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and CCS Planning and Engineering, Inc., <br />for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br /> <br />Reso-643 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/SharedlRedwood/Council <br />o4/16/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
