<br />Recommendation: <br />By resolution, amend the Fiscal Year 2006-2007 Capital Improvement Program <br />(CIP) budget to include an additional $542,610.00, which the City receives through <br />the 2002 Resources Bond Act from the State Deparment of Parks and Recreation. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN APPROPRIATION REPRESENTING ANTICIPATED <br />GRANT REVENUE FROM THE 2002 RESOURCES BOND ACT GRANT AND ADDING <br />ANTICIPATED GRANT REVENUE INTO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />BUDGET FOR APPROPRIATION <br /> <br />6.3 Section - Claims and Warrants <br /> <br />A.
