<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Professional Services Agreement - Recycled Water Project <br /> <br />Environmental Water Management <br /> <br />RECYCLED WATER PROJECT <br /> <br />Objective: Provide irrigation and site specific expertise to the project team for <br />operations manuals, procedures and training materials and/or events. <br /> <br />Specific areas of concentration include site retrofits and connection procedures. <br />Consultant will provide detailed: <br /> <br />A. General retrofit processes, observations and reports for specific sites. <br /> <br />B. Operation and maintenance training and assistance for customer site <br />personnel. <br /> <br />C. Operation and maintenance consulting for RWC staff and project team. <br /> <br />D. Annual site monitoring and reporting (with emphasis on plant material and <br />soil salinity). <br /> <br />Budget <br /> <br />Consultant and City have agreed on an estimated budget for each task, as reflected <br />below. <br /> <br />Task Sites Hours Total <br />Task A 25 Sites $37,500 <br />Task B 24 Hours $ 3,000 <br />Task C 132 Hours $16,500 <br />Task D 24 Hours $ 3,000 <br /> SUBTOTAL $60,000 <br /> <br />Biling for services rendered and work products delivered shall be for actual hours <br />worked only. <br /> <br />Agreement over $10K 10 <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br />
