Board of Supervisors, as lead Agency, on February 23, 1999, and the City of <br />Redwood City, acting by and through its Council, reviewed and considered the <br />information contained in said Negative Declaration; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors approved said <br />Plans on February 23, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said Plans and finds it necessary <br />and desirable that they be approved as the Countywide Siting Element and the <br />Countywide Summary Plan of the Countywide Integrated Waste Management <br />Plan for San Mateo County; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby approves the Final Draft San Mateo County <br />Integrated Waste Management Plan Siting Element dated January 8, 1999, as <br />the countywide siting element of the Countywide Integrated Waste Management <br />Plan for San Mateo County as required by the Act, as amended. <br /> <br /> 2.
