<br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64 Reclamation Bond Prin- <br /> <br /> <br />cipal and Interest Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is <br /> <br />hereby levied and fixed at $4.2208 on each One Hundred Dollars of <br /> <br />the assessed value of all taxable laD'} within the limits of General <br /> <br /> <br />Imp~ovement District No. 1-64 as said district was established by <br /> <br />Resolution No. 4274, adopted by the council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City on May 4, 1964, together \vith all territory thereafter annexed <br /> <br /> <br />thereto, as said value has been established in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1290, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City on January 30, 1967. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. BASIC TAX RATE. The total tax rate for the fiscal <br /> <br /> <br />year July 1, 1974-June 30, 1975, upon each One HL1.ndred Dollars <br /> <br />of the assessed value of all taxable property within the territorial <br /> <br />limits of the City of Redwood City, as said limits existed on :rvlarch <br /> <br /> <br />1, 1974, excepting and excluding all property situated within the <br /> <br />following annexed territories: Leslie Annexation No.1, annexed <br /> <br /> <br />to said City by Ordinance No. 939 on August 14, 1959; Leslie <br /> <br />Annexation No.2, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 940 on <br /> <br /> <br />August 14, 1959; and Leslie Annexation No.3, annexed to said City <br /> <br /> <br />by Ordinance No. 941 on August 14, 1959; Edgewood Hills Annexation, <br /> <br />annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1245 on July 7, 1966; Sequoia <br /> <br /> <br />Hospital Annexation, annexed to said City by Resolution No. 5321 <br /> <br /> <br />on March 29, 1967; Canyon Road Annexation No.1, annexed to said <br /> <br />City by Ordinance No. 1271 on October 28, 1966; Toyon Annexation, <br /> <br />annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 1261 on September 12, 19667 <br /> <br /> <br />and Piombo Annexation, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1213 <br /> <br />on October 22, 1965; and also excluding all taxable property <br /> <br />included within the limits of Parking District No. 1 as established <br /> <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 1808, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City on December 20, 1954, together with all territory thereafter <br /> <br /> <br />annexed thereto; for all purposes is hereby fixed and levied at <br /> <br />$1.9517. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
