SECTION 6. Disposition of Unexpended Unencumbered Moneys ln Funds at Close of Fiscal Year. All unexpended unencumbered moneys remaining in any fund or account of the City of Redwood City at the close of the fiscal year, June 30, 1974, the disposi- tion of which is not otherwise provided for in the above mentioned budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1974-June 30, 1975, as approved herein, or in the Charter, ordinances, or resolutions of the City of Redwood City, or by general law, or by other legal obliga- tion, are hereby ordered transferred to the General Fund of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1974-June 30, 1975. SECTION 7. Amended Disposition of Proceeds Collected Under Article I, Chapter 32, Code of the City of Redwood City. The sum of Five Hundred Eighty-seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty-nine Dollars ($587,159.00) is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Capital Outlay Fund to the General Fund for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1974-June 30, 1975. To the extent provided herein, this section shall be deemed to be an amendment of Section 32,150f the Code of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1974-June 30, 1975, only. SECTION 8. Budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65. There are hereby adopted as the budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65, the budgets certified by the City Clerk and City Manager, and so designated and included in the general City Budget adopted by paragraph 1 of this ordinance. SECTION 9. Repeal. Ordinance No. 1565, adopted June 25, 1973, and all ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 1565, and resolutions authorizing or revising appropriations mentioned therein, and all ordinances in conflict with the terms of this -4-
