Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1591, entitled <br /> <br />"Ordinance Establishing Salaries for Certain Designated Employees <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City; Repealing Ordinance No. 1556," <br /> <br />adopted February 4, 1974, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.
