(c) \fuerever the word · Administrator' appears, it <br />shall be held to mean the City Manager. <br />"Section 12.9 Section 1.103 of the Fire Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />II I Section 1.103 SCOPE. <br />"'a. The provisions of this Code shall supple- <br />ment any and all laws of-this State relating- to fire <br />safety and shall apply to all persons without restric- <br />tion, unless specifically excepted. <br />lI'b. The provisions of this Code shall apply <br />to existing conditions as well as to conditions arising <br />after the adoption thereof, except that conditions <br />legally in existence at the adoption of this Code <br />and not in strict compliance therewith shall be per- <br />mitted to continue only if, in the opinion of the Chief, <br />they do not constitute a distinct hazard to life or <br />property. <br />II'C. The provisions of this Code shall be con- <br />strued to be in addition to all other requirements <br />and no pennit or license granted hereunder shall be <br />construed to permit a violation of any other ordinance <br />or regulation of the City.' <br />"Section 12.10 Section 1.207 of the Fire Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"'Section 1.207 INSPECTIONS AND UNSAFE BUILDINGS. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
