<br />opportunity to be heard, any new materials, processes or <br /> <br />occupancies, which shall require permits, in addition to <br /> <br />those now enumerated in the Fire Code. <br /> <br />"Section 12.29 Any person who shall violate any of the <br /> <br />provisions of the Fire Code adopted by Section 12.7 and as <br /> <br />amended by this article, or fail to comply with any order, <br /> <br />license, or permit made or issued thereunder, ,or who shall <br /> <br />build in violation of any ,detailed statement of specifications <br /> <br />or plans submitted and 'approved thereunder or any certificate <br /> <br />or permit issued thereunder and from Which no appeal has been <br /> <br />taken, or who shall fail to comply with such an order, license, <br /> <br />or permit as affirmed or modified by the Councilor by a <br />court of competent jurisdiction within the time fixed therein, <br /> <br />shall, severally, for each and every such violation and non- <br /> <br />compliance respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor and <br /> <br />punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars <br />($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county juil for a period <br /> <br />not to exceed six months or by both such fine and imprison- <br /> <br />ment. The imposition of anyone penalty for any violation <br /> <br />shall not excuse the violation cr permit it to continue. <br /> <br />Each and every day a violation shall continue shall be deemed <br /> <br />to be a separate violation." <br /> <br />or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance or of th.e <br /> <br />SECTION 3. All former ordinances or parts thereof conflicting <br /> <br />Code hereby adopted are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />. <br />SECTION 4. If any section, paragraph, sentence or word of <br /> <br />this ordinance or of the Code hereby adopted should for any reason <br /> <br />be found invalid, it is intended that all other portions of this <br /> <br />ordinance independent of the elimination herefrom of any such por- <br /> <br />tion as may be declared invalid shall be valid. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
