<br />"(2) The amount of 5<:: per mile for each <br />mile actually traveled on City busi- <br />ness plus $60 per month, which amounts <br />shall be in lieu of all other compen- <br />sation for costs of fuel, maintenance, <br />repairs, insurance and depreciation." <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Section 2.27.2 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City 1S hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.27.2 Advance for, or reimbursement of, <br /> <br />expenses of a member of the Council necessarily and <br /> <br />properly to be incurred, or incurred, in the performance <br /> <br />of official duties shall be made at the following rates: <br /> <br />.. (a) <br /> <br />" (1) Living expenses in the amount of $50 <br />per day for each day during which the <br />use of overnight living accomodations <br />is required. <br /> <br />"(2) Actual living expenses (including, but <br />not necessarily limited to, meals, <br />transportation at destination, inciden- <br />tals, and actual living expenses incurred <br />during travel to and from destination, <br />but excluding registration fees and <br />transportation expenses provided for in <br />subsection (b) hereof) for each day <br />during which the use of overnight living <br />accomodations is not required. <br /> <br />"(b) Actual transportation expenses to and from des- <br />tination not to exceed a maximum computed at 13<:: <br />per mile for miles actually traveled outside the <br />City by carrier service or any privately-owned <br />conveyance; provided, however, that for travel to <br />and from destination in excess of 300 miles said <br />maximum shall not exceed actual air coach fare <br />when such fare is less than the amount computed <br />at the aforesaid rates." <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
