All emergency expenditures shall be paid <br />by warrant or check from any fund properly chargeable therewith <br />and the city Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay <br />such warrants. <br />SECTION 6. Disposition of Unexpended Unencumbered Moneys <br />in Funds at Close of Fiscal Year. All unexpended unencumbered <br />moneys remaining in any fund or account of the city of Redwood <br />city at the close of the fiscal year, June 30, 1973, the disposition <br />of which is not otherwise provided for in the above mentioned <br />budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1973-June 30, 1974, as approved <br />herein, or in the Charter, ordinances, or resolutions of the City <br />of Redwood city, or by general law, or by other legal obligation, <br />are hereby ordered transferred to the General Fund of the city <br />of Redwood city for the fiscal year July 1, 1973-June 30, 1974. <br />SECTION 7. Amended Disposition of Proceeds Collected Under <br />Article I, Chapter 32, Code of the city of Redwood city. The <br />sum of Five Hundred Thirty-eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-nine <br />Dollars ($538,559.00) is hereby appropriated and transferred from <br />the Capital outlay Fund to the General Fund for expenditure during <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1973-June 30, 1974. To the extent <br />provided herein, this section shall be deemed to be an amendment <br />of Section 32.8 of the Code of the City of Redwood city for the <br />fiscal year July 1, 1973-June 30, 1974, only. <br />SECTION 8. Budgets for General Improvement Districts No. <br />1-64, No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65. There are hereby adopted <br />as the budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. <br />1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65, the budgets certified by the city <br />Clerk and city Manager, and so designated and included in the <br />general City budget adopted by paragraph 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
