<br />(5) There shall be no charge for renewal <br />of service which hilS been t~emporarily <br />discontinu0d, except such service <br />discontinued for nonpayment of water <br />service fees or charges. In the event <br />water service is discontinued for non- <br />pay~ent of water service fees or charges, <br />a charge of Five Dollars ($5.00) shall <br />be paid for the renewal of service during <br />regular working hours and a charge of <br />Ten Dollars ($10.00) shall be paid for <br />the renewal of service during hours other <br />than regular working hours." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
